16ARLINGTON offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products such as pierced jewelry and hosiery cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.
Label and Ship
Attach the pre-paid DHL shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at a designated collection point.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
